Zack, Moe, and the rest of the sales and maintenance team there went above and beyond to make my financing process smooth and seamless, and not once did I ever feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I was also impressed with the variety of lenders they had for me to work with to secure my purchase. They made sure that the vehicle that I purchased was in very good mechanical shape to drive back to my home, which was in another state. And the vehicle did excellent, I drove it for 8 hours straight and it didn't skip a beat, amazing. He’s so kind and very thoughtful of your time and patience. My mom and I were able to test drive it, took it down the road and back and Jason allowed us to take it without a sales associate. So the privacy of talking and deciding rather or not I liked the vehicle was nice to encounter. He was very helpful with explaining every detail about the car & even gave me money off of the original price. I definitely would come back to them. I’ve had my car for about three days now and there hasn’t been any issues. I know when I test drove it, I did notice the back vents were blowing cold air when the heater was on in the front - I let Jason know and he immediately said he would have his mechanic look at it asap. I ended up still financing the car and he worked with me and I am heading back next week to get it fixed absolutely free of no charge. If anyone is looking for something that’s affordable & decent in price. I would definitely recommend rnautosales. For this being my first vehicle - and purchasing a vehicle for my first time. Hands down the best customers service I’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. A few days after buying my dodge Ram I noticed a few problems with the truck. I knew it was a long shot emailing them asking to fix the issues since pre own vehicles are sold as is but to my surprise they called me right away and were more then happy to correct the issues. I was doing online shopping and saw my car it attracted my attention from carguru app so I went to test drive I relly like my car but off the back the car had a couple of issues broken tail light tpms light on air bag light on the car remote wasent working but regardless they never put it on paper saying they would fix the car for me we did the deal they could of easily let me figure it out and make me spend more money but to my surprise they took care of it no extra charge which was an amazing experience for me totally worth my time and purchase they definitely make u feel like they care about their customers having reliable cars service like this is rare to find unless u buy a zero miles car from a big dealership thank you jason I definitely recommend this place this place is a 10 Star ratings in my book

Dealerships are pushy and will say anything to make a sale I went to so many and this was the first one that felt like I was comfortable. He didn’t follow me around everywhere and wasn’t pushy at all. The car I got runs amazing and is super clean, priced very reasonable. Very happy with my purchase, would 100% recommend!!

What can I say, this was an amazing experience. Not only were they professional but they were patient, and working with me with my budget. They have very nice reliable vehicles, I mentioned a few things after my test drive and had questions, which they answered and things got fixed right away(minor issues). This was suppose to be my last stop (as I was looking for THE ONE) I recently bought mine (financed) on the 18th of March and the process was easy and fast.
